• I can't find the recommended/prohibited filehost list, are there any recommendations?

no hosts are prohibited as yet. if we find the host is filled with ads and crap ,the host will be prohibited.
I use turbo image host (https://www.turboimagehost.com/) for posts under 500 pics and imgbox (https://imgbox.com/) for larger posts.

bondage is ok I think. yet pain fetish is not ok. if you're unsure about certain pics or vids you can always send a sample to admin or moderators to double check
