membership paid, posts still hidden

Hello, i purchased a membership on this site but i still cant see ANY of the hidden content or reply to them.
Have i just been scammed or am i missing something?
Contacting paypal to make a claim against the site unless someone clears this up because the mods seem to be ignoring me

Wrote you on private but gonna respond also here to anyone who have the same question gets cleared. This's a serious website with a serious Staff if you have any question or doubts write us in order to help you, just give us a reasonable time to give you a feed back, will never ignore messages with doubts or people who needs help. People who upgrade using PayPal usually get automatically upgrade but sometimes could takes up to 24h or till any of the staff be online, let me know with any other questions.

This User was banned after, the purchase, he raise a claim on PayPal, like we said before people who do that will be totally refunded and permanent banned from using our services and blacklisted on at least 10 other forum that we manage, plz be serious and respectful like we´re.
