Trying to figure it out

Hello i recently upgraded so i can be a part of this site properly but i still cant see or reply to hidden threads.
This is aplace i could see myself spending a bunch of time but unless i figure out how to fix this i guess i have to make a claim with paypal to get my money back?

This's a serious website with a serious Staff if you have any question or doubts write us in order to help you, just give us a reasonable time to give you a feed back, will never ignore messages with doubts or people who needs help. People who upgrade using PayPal usually get automatically upgrade but sometimes could takes up to 24h or till any of the staff be online, let me know with any other questions.
